SEYBERT CASTINGS UTILIZES A CUSTOM INVESTMENT CASTING PROCESS. IT IS WELL SUITED FOR SMALL, INTRICATE ZINC ALLOY AND ALUMINUM ALLOY CASTINGS, AS WELL AS MEDIUM SIZED PARTS. IDEAL QUANTITIES RANGE FROM 1 TO THOUSANDS OF PARTS.

AS WITH ANY TRADITIONAL INVESTMENT CASTING PROCESS, BURNOUT PATTERNS ARE USED. OUR BURNOUT PATTERN BUILDING PROCESSES CAN BE SUMMARIZED INTO THREE GENERAL CATEGORIES.

RAPID PROTOTYPE BURNOUT PATTERNS - SEYBERT PRODUCES HIGHLY TOLERANCED THERMOPLASTIC RAPID PROTOTYPE BURNOUT PATTERNS ON SANDERS MODEL MAKER II 3D PRINTERS DIRECTLY FROM 3D FILES. SEYBERT ALSO UTILIZES OTHER TYPES OF 3D BURNOUT PATTERNS SUCH AS CASTFORM™PS, AND THERMOJET™.
