PROTOTYPE rubber MOLDING
We compression mold a variety of compounds using aluminum tooling including Nitrile (NBR), Neoprene, and Fluoroelastomer. Rubber compounds are custom formulated in small batches to meet customer requirements.
In addition, we offer high temperature silicone rubber, capable of withstanding over 500° F with spikes up to 900° F. Typical applications include gaskets and seals, grommets, covers, vacuum pickups, nests, and fixtures.
